Strategic Auction Marketing Plans

Once it has been determined that your items would be a good fit with our auction process we will establish estimates, catalog your items, and market your property to prospective buyers. 

Your objects will be photographed for our catalog and will be visible online as well as in our printed brochure.  We do not have any charges or expenses for the marketing or promotion of your items. 

At Michael Stephen Auctions we believe it is important to market your item(s) in as many avenues and to as many people as possible.  Our website has been designed to allow for maximum search engine optimization for those interested parties looking online for specific items and has the ability to reach extensively within the U.S. but also internationally.  A promotional campaign utilizing online advertising as well as a public preview will be used in order to promote each auction.  Our goal is to make sure that your property is seen by as many potential buyers as possible. 

We also communicate with our registered buyers of upcoming auctions through direct mail and/or by the internet. 

Prospective buyers are also welcome to view items during normal business hours in our gallery prior to the sale.
