Efficient Online Estate/Home Sales Auction Process

If you are downsizing or are managing the sale of an estate, our Estate/Home sale service may be able to assist you. 

Depending on the items being auctioned we will either bring the items into our auction room or leave them at the location where they are currently residing.

If the items are left at the residence our sale process is an entirely online auction.  Potential buyers are not allowed to view items at the residence where the items reside.   All items are only viewed online.  At the sellers option, buyers who have made full payment, are allowed to come to the residence to pick up what they have bought in order to receive their goods (however, entrance to the residence is not allowed).  The other option is that buyers are not allowed to pick up any items at the place of residence and all items bought are shipped to the buyer based on their shipping election. This is a very organized process with very limited access if any at all for buyers to your home.

As mentioned above, there is also the possibility of bringing certain items into the auction room where potential buyers could review up close certain items being auctioned.  These could be items of high value which we believe could realize a better price if viewed in person by more potential buyers.
