Modern & Contemporary Paintings
The focus of this department is modern and contemporary paintings (roughly from the mid to late 19th century to current), and traditional paintings (roughly dated from 1860 and earlier). This department focusses on figurative art as well as abstract art. There are several types of abstract art based on the time period and where it originated, from Expressionism to Cubism and Fauvism.
Prints, drawings, and multiples signed by well-known artists. Artist Andy Warhol popularized the value of screen printing. Lithographs are another type of print that we offer in this department.
Drawings/sketchings include engravings, woodcuts, etchings, etc.
