Choose Your Delivery Option

At Michael Stephen Auctions we will gladly assist you with shipping your items, or if you prefer you may pick up, or use your own shipping provider.

Following your purchase you will be able to view in your customer portal the shipping cost if you would like us to arrange shipping your item.  If you are interested in having us handle the packing, insurance, and our preferred shipping provider (UPS) you will also want to pay this invoice.

We can arrange insured shipping and delivery of your property with our approved shipper, or you can collect your items in person at our gallery or storage warehouse.  This works for both online only sales as well as for sales in our gallery.  When we arrange shipping, each lot will be shipped separately and not comingled with any other lots.  If you prefer, you can also arrange your own shipping carrier. If you proceed with the MSA shipping cost, you will be able to view your confirmation number to track the status of your delivery on your customer portal.

Following a purchase, you can view in your customer portal the shipping price for each lot that you have won.  This price includes packing, shipping, insurance charges, and any applicable taxes.  If you pay this amount we will send your items to the address of record on your account.  If it is not paid we will assume that you are either going to collect your items in person or arrange for your own shipping. By signing into your account you can indicate how you will collect your item(s); either in person, using your own third party shipper, or by letting us handle the shipping.
